“The Scruffy Stuff” podcast has already discussed the forthcoming Marble City Market and its 11 vendors, each bringing their own unique culinary concept to Knoxville’s first food hall.
But when it comes to downtown Knoxville’s food and drink scene, there are many more exciting plans in the works.
Alongside colleague Kelli Krebs, co-hosts Ryan Wilusz and Calvin Mattheis share their most-anticipated restaurants, from seafood to fast-casual Indian cuisine.
Krebs is a downtown dweller, a fan of fine foods and the creator of the Urban Knoxville newsletter and Facebook group.
The crew also examines what these new concepts could mean for downtown Knoxville as it continues to grow.
